Position Summary
The Pro Shop/Retail Store management team for Tulsa Ice Centers LLC are looking for qualified and experience team members for the new WeStreet Ice Center. The facility is currently under construction at the Promenade Mall and is scheduled to open November 2023, it will serve as the practice facility of the Tulsa Oilers ECHL team. The establishment will have a pro shop and merchandise store, 2 ice sheets, restaurant and office space. The new community rink will serve as a public venue to the community, youth programs, adult programs and hosting events/tournaments. We are looking for team members to be able to work in the retail shop and service our customers as they shop. The shop will be selling multiple items from ice hockey, figure skating, other related ice sports items and Oilers team merchandise.
Additional Information:
- Pay Range: $10.00 to $12.00 an hour {based on experience)

Essential Duties:
- Assist customers in quality customer service
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Merchandise, replenish and restock store as needed
- Willingness to work weekends and other events in the arena
- Clean and organize daily as needed
- Open to learn about ice hockey, figure skating and other ice equipment as needed.
- Work closely with manager to make sure items are ordered and available for our customers
- Attend work on a regular, reliable and punctual basis
- Consistently demonstrates high ethical standards, good communication, and a professional appearance
- Written/Oral communication – ability to speak and write clearly and concisely and be able to verbally or handwrite messages as needed
- Proven self-motivation, job reliability, diligence and attention to detail
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service, work with team members, speak with vendors as they visit, and follow MSRP/pricing guidelines
- Clearly, effectively and timely communicate work issues with management
- Supports in the operations of the Pro Shop/Merchandise store as needed, and assist with other duties that might arise in the building if needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of BLANK AGE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience is desired
- Ability to work a varied event-driven schedule including extended and/or irregular hours, early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk and bend for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, crawl, kneel, squat, and team lift more if needed
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Environment:
This position primary works in a store located in an ice arena, can be cool at times as other duties may include being closer to the ice surface.
