RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Assist with practices, game preparation, and video review

▪ Take responsibility for the penalty kill

▪ Complete opposition pre-scouts

▪ Run individual and small-group skill development

▪ Assist with systems, player development, and game planning

▪ Support scouting and player evaluation as needed

▪ Communicate effectively with players and staff

▪ 3+ years of junior, collegiate, or professional coaching experience preferred

▪ Experience with Hudl Sportscode or similar video software is an asset

▪ Strong understanding of systems, penalty kill, and player development

▪ Strong communication, organization, and teaching skills

▪ Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

▪ High-level playing experience is an asset, but not required
