2025–26 Internship Opportunity for Local College Students and Recent Graduates
Ready to launch your career in the sports industry? The Atlanta Gladiators are looking for organized, motivated, and hardworking local college students and recent college graduates to join our Partnership Activation Internship Program for the 2025–26 season. This hands-on opportunity offers valuable experience in professional sports and helps build a strong foundation for your future career. Our internship program provides real-world exposure to mainting partner relationships, sponsorship inventory, and business development. Please note that this is an unpaid internship.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Compile all items needed from sponsors to fulfill contractual obligations (in-game activations, photos, videos, logos, etc.)
- Track and report on sold vs. unsold sponsorship inventory
- Assist in developing sponsorship sales materials (digital decks and presentations)
- Fulfill deliverables related to executed sponsorship deals
- Contribute to mid-season and end-of-season sponsorship recaps
- Assist the Gladiators Partnerships Manager & Game Day Team with Game Day sponsor activations and duties
- Support with game day setup, in-game promotions, and on-ice/in-arena activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work weekends, game days, and holidays as required
- Able to commit to the full 2025–2026 Atlanta Gladiators Season (October 2025 through April 2026)
- Comfortable working under pressure and in high-energy, time-sensitive situations
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Must be capable of taking direction with minimal oversight, responding promptly to tasks, and maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor at all times
