This position will switch between a 50/50 Raffle Seller and a Chuck-a-Puck Seller every game. Below are the descriptions of both jobs.
The Chuck-a-Puck Seller helps create a fun and interactive game-day experience while raising funds for the Allen Americans. This position involves selling numbered foam pucks to fans before and during home games and assisting with the Chuck-a-Puck contest during intermission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Chuck-a-Puck foam pucks to fans prior to and during the game until the designated cutoff time.
- Explain contest rules and prize details clearly to fans.
- Handle electronic payments accurately and securely.
- Encourage fan participation in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up the Chuck-a-Puck area.
- Help collect pucks from the ice after the contest and verify the winning puck number.
- Represent the team with professionalism, energy, and great customer service.
The 50/50 Raffle Seller plays an important role in enhancing the game-day experience and supporting the fundraising goals of the Allen Americans. The 50/50 Raffle raises money to benefit a charity, with half of the total pot going to one lucky fan.
Raffle Sellers engage with fans throughout the arena, promote ticket sales, and deliver excellent customer service while representing the team in a positive and professional manner.

- Sell 50/50 raffle tickets to fans before and during home games.
- Explain raffle rules and procedures clearly and accurately to fans.
- Handle credit, or mobile payments responsibly.
- Promote ticket sales enthusiastically and engage with fans in a friendly, outgoing manner.
- Track and report sales totals accurately throughout the event.
- Maintain knowledge of raffle policies, legal requirements, and team promotions.
- Assist with raffle draw procedures and announcements (if applicable).
- Represent the team with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
