Part-Time Retail Store Clerk

The Rockford IceHogs has immediate openings for Part-Time Retail Store Clerk located at the BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford, IL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service

· Accurately and quickly operate the cash register to sell merchandise (No cash venue)

· Demonstrate ability to interact with large masses of customers in a fast-paced environment

· Maintain an awareness of all apparel/merchandise options

· Keep store fully stocked by pulling back stock of merchandise

· Maintain displays, neatness of store and proper signage

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check

· Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays

Education and Experience:

· Must have a minimum of a high school diploma

· Retail experience preferred with excellent customer service skills

Skills and Abilities:

· Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills

· Must be a team player and work well with others

· Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games

· Must be able to lift boxes of merchandise and move racks around store
