The Premium Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within premium club and lounge spaces inside a high-volume sports and entertainment venue. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and strong financial performance during all events, including professional sports games, concerts, and special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of premium club spaces including lounges and member-only dining areas, ensuring all areas are fully staffed, stocked, and operationally ready before guest arrival.
- Manage service execution for all events including pre-event, in-event, and post-event operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of bartenders, servers, and supervisors. Ensure proper staffing levels based on event size and complexity and coach staff on service standards, upselling, and guest engagement.
- Deliver a premium, high-touch hospitality experience for VIP members and guests, addressing concerns quickly and professionally while building relationships with repeat clientele.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and service execution.
- Enforce compliance with all local and state alcohol laws and regulations, including proper liquor handling and waste procedures, while maintaining all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Food and beverage management experience in high-volume or premium hospitality environments is a plus.
- Experience in sports or entertainment venues, hotels, or upscale restaurants is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage large teams. Knowledge of inventory systems, POS systems, and labor management tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 30–50 pounds in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Work is performed in a sports and entertainment venue with exposure to large crowds, loud environments, and variable schedules tied to event operations.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
This is an hourly non-exempt position . Pay is $19.00/hr
