Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent hospitality to our VIP-level Lenovo Legend Club Members.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the event.
- Set up Club prior to guest arrival which includes food, beverages and necessary supplies.
- Monitor Club cleanliness and presentation, ensuring compliance with venue standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar and supervisory staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with post-event cleanup, restocking and Club reset.
- Uphold health, safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekend and holidays.
- Must be able to report to work by 4:30pm on weekdays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high energy environment.
Pay is $7.25/hr plus tips.
