Summary:

The Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of fan experiences, managing departmental projects and campaigns, and supporting leadership with strategic initiatives across Membership Sales and Services, Premium Seating, and Group Sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for all fan experiences tied to ticket sales packages (e.g., anthem skates, bench warm-ups, intermission activities, on-ice photos).
  • Help to plan and execute targeted prospect and member events
  • Act as liaison between ticketing staff, arena operations, and game presentation to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide on-site support on game days, ensuring group leaders, fans, and clients enjoy a seamless, memorable experience.
  • Support sales staff with CRM lead generation, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Research and apply best practices from across the NHL and broader sports/entertainment industry.
  • Establish project structure including communication channels, deliverables, meeting cadence, and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring transparency and timely updates for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate departmental meetings, set agendas, document notes, and track follow-ups by area.
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Chief Commercial Officer and VP of Ticket Sales & Service.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, travel arrangements, and other business-related reports.
  • Draft, format, and proofread presentations, proposals, and internal/external communications.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and support special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, events, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of TicketMasters, Archtics, KORE CRM system(s) preferred.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

This is an hourly role that will pay between $18.75 – $20.67.  Note:  Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set and internal equity.
