Community Relations Intern
Summary
The Community Relations Intern will be responsible for assisting the Community Relations Department with a variety of activities on game nights and at special events.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of all Community Relations game day activities;
- Assist in the facilitation of Community Relations special events;
- Handle incoming fan mail and dontation requests
- Assist with Community Relations department on all Sabres Community Relations and Buffalo Sabres Foundation programs;
- Promote a positive fan experience and work as a part of a creative team.
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Available for all game nights and special events;
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Sport Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Possess computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Hours
This role pays $16.00 an hour. This is a part-time role and must have the flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a temporary position for the 2026-2027 season.
Work Environment & Physical Demands.
This internship operates in both an office setting and in a live events setting. Live event coverage does consist of being around loud stadium noises and crowds.
Candidate must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes up to 20 pounds.
