Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $151,800 - $204,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Lead capital projects as the owner-side project lead by coordinating execution, governance, and successful delivery from planning through completion 
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, risk mitigation plans, and financial reporting for multimillion-dollar initiatives 
  • Direct design development by partnering with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to align vision, functionality, and operational goals 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across operations, construction, design, and business priorities while managing multiple complex projects 
  • Oversee construction execution, sequencing, contractor performance, quality, and issue resolution within an active event-driven environment 
  • Monitor progress and mitigate risks, delays, and operational conflicts to maintain safety, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and standards 
  • Ensure projects meet hospitality, operational, regulatory, and accessibility requirements while minimizing disruption to guests and venue operations 
  • Drive project closeout and transition by managing turnover, readiness planning, and integration into daily operations while advising leadership on capital strategy 

More about you
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, design, construction management, capital project delivery, or venue development  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale, complex capital projects in operational environments   
  • Experience within sports, entertainment, hospitality, mixed-use development, commercial construction, or large public venues strongly preferred  
  • PMP, LEED, CCM, PE, RA, or related certifications preferred  
  • Knowledge of permitting, ADA requirements, life safety standards, and building codes  
  • Experience within professional sports, entertainment, arena, stadium, or hospitality environments, with exposure to premium hospitality, club, suite, or VIP space development   
  • Experience supporting culinary, food & beverage, and premium service operations   
  • Familiarity with phased renovations in high-volume operational settings and experience with venue modernization and fan experience transformation initiatives   
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient systems

  • Must be able to navigate active construction and arena environments
