The opportunity

Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a full-time Digital Signage Specialist to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The Digital Signage Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and executing content across TD Garden’s extensive digital signage network. This role ensures real-time, accurate, and visually engaging content is delivered throughout the venue to enhance fan experience, support events, and align with TD Garden branding. Working closely with the Digital Services Manager, Marketing teams, and Corporate Sponsorship. This role plays a key part in live event execution and day-to-day venue operations.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $47,100 - $61,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Manage and schedule content across all venue digital signage platforms, including concourse displays, premium areas, LED boards, and wayfinding screens
  • Execute real-time signage updates during events, including games, concerts, and special events
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, Food & Beverage, and Event Operations to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
  • Ensure all digital signage content adheres to brand standards and contractual obligations
  • Troubleshoot signage issues in partnership with Technology and AV teams to ensure uptime and performance
  • Coordinate content requests, approvals, and version control for venue signage
  • Support installation, testing, and maintenance of digital signage hardware and software
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and documentation related to signage usage and sponsorship fulfillment

More about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, technology, or a related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience working with digital signage, live event production, digital media, or venue technology
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital display platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
