The opportunity

Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a Club Host Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As Club Host Supervisor, you will support and lead Club Hosts to deliver polished and memorable service for guests attending games, concerts and special events.

 

You'll serve as a key point of contact on event days, supporting service delivery, resolving guest needs, and partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high energy environment. Apply now and help create standout moments for every guest.

What will you do?
  • Supervise Club Hosts during events, ensuring readiness, professionalism, and service standards
  • Lead pre-event roll calls and communicate priorities from the Guest Experience Manager on Duty
  • Respond to Club Host calls and escalate guest issues when appropriate
  • Support service recovery and in event guest experience initiatives
  • Deliver prompt, positive guest service
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations

More about you
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience working in fast paced, guest facing settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests and clients
  • Availability to work nights and weekends, covering at least 50 percent of monthly events
  • Ability to work independently while following clear direction

Physical requirements
  • Ability to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers
  • Ability to push or lift lightweight objects
  • Capable of assisting guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices
  • Ability to use a radio with an ear piece
