Food and Beverage: Food/Beverage Management
The F&B Manager, Impact Club, is responsible for all of the Food and Beverage aspects in Private VIP/Impact Club operations. This Manager oversees and manages the staff of an exclusive members-only club at the Honda Center (opening Fall 2022). This role is responsible for creating and maintaining elevated/premium guest experiences during Anaheim Ducks Hockey games, concerts, shows, non-NHL sports, and private special events.

  • Support a high-end atmosphere for the Impact Club through elevated service and hospitality
  • Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day F&B operations for the Impact Club at Honda Center
  • Manage all F&B aspects of the Impact Club on-site during events, including menu planning for food and beverages
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to plan and design menu offerings
  • Ensure the service team has an excellent working knowledge of the food and beverage options offered
  • Plan directly with the Private Club Manager to execute appropriate menu and level of agreed-upon service per event
  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels and varietal offerings are on hand to ensure optimum service levels; maintain familiarity with guest favorites/ preferences 
  • Acknowledge member requests for menu offerings and/or preferences and accommodate requests within appropriate judgment and reason
  • Build a rapport with guests and compile a catalog of preferences; learn and attribute specific preferences to individual guests
  • Lead and motivate employees to ensure an exceptional guest experience for everyone
  • Create, implement, and maintain operational procedures for quality and quantity standards to ensure outstanding service
  • Establish and uphold expectations of service standards, dress, decorum, and monitor for consistent adherence to established standards
  • Protect the Club's sponsorship and logo integrity by adhering to brand guidelines
  • Assist HR with the hiring and training process of all front-of-house staff for the VIP Private Club, focused on the highest caliber of team service delivery and a reflection of the best Club in Orange County
  • Keep abreast of current advances and practices in the high-end club industry
  • Responsible for ensuring food quality in presentation and production for the Club
  • Responsible for the safe service of all alcoholic beverages and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the operation
  • Ensure Company protocols, policies, and procedures are adhered to

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, day club, entertainment venue, or a directly related operational area/field
  • Minimum 3 years of directly related operational management experience at a similar leadership level
  • Proven ability to provide an outstanding guest experience
  • Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Suite and calendar systems

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Education -  Bachelor's Degree
Certifications Required – NA
Experience Required -  5+ Year
