The Digital Marketing Assistant is a full-time, seasonal position within the Marketing Department of the Anaheim Ducks and focuses on assisting the needs of the digital marketing team. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing & Analytics and assists with the day-to-day execution and evaluation of various digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to in-office tasks such as:
  • Build and maintain email communications
  • Manage subscription lists
  • Report on email and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Create forms and landing pages for lead-generation projects
  • Compile surveys and questionnaires as needed
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to review and optimize campaigns
  • Assist with various digital marketing campaigns as needed
  • Work with other departments to complete multiple projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with ESPs / MAPs; not required but preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle Eloqua or another email marketing system is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends; not required but preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics; not required but preferred
  • Knowledge of Shopify preferred
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about the Anaheim Ducks, hockey, and sports in general
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills preferred
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive mentality and able to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to work a flexible schedule with working nights preferred

Education -  Bachelor's Degree
