Soccer Programs Director
Location: Loudoun/Fairfax, VA
Status type: Internship, seasonal (Aug- June)
Compensation: Commensurate to experience. Package to include per session compensation as well as profit share opportunities.
Schedule: 8–12 hours per week (evenings and weekends required)

Who We’re Looking For:
The St. James Soccer Program is seeking a Soccer Programs Director who will oversee, manage and drive growth across our supplemental training and adult programs including but not limited to; Private, Semi-Private and Small Group training, position specific training programs, Advanced Training Programs and all of our Adult Leagues and Programs.
Program Director – Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Work directly with the Director of Soccer to identify key performance metrics and drive marketing and sales goals across our supplemental training programs
- Work with our current team members to ensure programs are appropriately staffed.
- Work with our marketing team to design, schedule and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to drive program growth.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and transport equipment is required
- Candidate should have coaching experience and have the ability to deliver and manage on field the programs listed above
