Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of aquatic programs, special events, and seasonal activities
- Monitor attendance, satisfaction, and performance metrics to inform program improvements
- Coordinate swim lesson schedules, instructor staffing, and facility availability
- Collaborate with Marketing and Membership teams to promote and communicate offerings
- Maintain participant records, calendars, and registration systems
- Ensure alignment with safety standards, operational policies, and brand expectations
- Support interdepartmental partnerships to enhance birthday parties, group rentals, and camps
- Develop and maintain internal program documentation, SOPs, and seasonal calendars
- Support staff development through scheduling, mentorship, and performance feedback
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience designing and managing aquatics programs or recreational instruction
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong knowledge of swim instruction formats, customer service models, and program evaluation methods
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Experience using registration software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
- ARC Lifeguard and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer required
- WSI and Certified Pool Operator (CPO/AFO) preferred
