Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-desk and administrative lead for the Aquatics Department
- Manage program registrations, billing, cancellations, and participant communications
- Coordinate with the Finance team on payment plans, contracts, and reconciliations
- Track program attendance, schedules, rosters, and instructor assignments
- Respond to questions and resolve issues with professionalism and service-minded problem-solving
- Support the Aquatics leadership team with calendar coordination, internal reporting, and team communication
- Assist with administrative support during high-traffic programming periods, including events and trainings
- Maintain supply inventories, signage, and organization of shared administrative systems
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or program registration (recreation or membership-based preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and CRM or registration platforms
- Ability to remain composed while juggling multiple responsibilities in a high-traffic environment
- Consistent availability for front-desk coverage, including mornings, evenings, or weekends when needed
