Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the front-desk and administrative lead for the Aquatics Department
  • Manage program registrations, billing, cancellations, and participant communications
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on payment plans, contracts, and reconciliations
  • Track program attendance, schedules, rosters, and instructor assignments
  • Respond to questions and resolve issues with professionalism and service-minded problem-solving
  • Support the Aquatics leadership team with calendar coordination, internal reporting, and team communication
  • Assist with administrative support during high-traffic programming periods, including events and trainings
  • Maintain supply inventories, signage, and organization of shared administrative systems

What You Bring
  • Experience in customer service, administrative coordination, or program registration (recreation or membership-based preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and CRM or registration platforms
  • Ability to remain composed while juggling multiple responsibilities in a high-traffic environment
  • Consistent availability for front-desk coverage, including mornings, evenings, or weekends when needed
