T3 is seeking a reliable, organized, and energetic Seasonal Summer Camp Coordinator to support and manage youth camps throughout the summer. This role serves as the primary on-site coordinator, ensuring daily camp operations run smoothly while creating a safe, fun, and structured environment for players. Camps combine organized gameplay, focused training sessions, and competitive activities in an age-appropriate setting for players typically ranging from ages 8–13.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily camp operations including check-in, dismissal, and transitions between activities
• Ensure camp schedules are followed and activities run on time
• Maintain appropriate camper-to-coach ratios (typically capped at 12:1)
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for coaches and camp staff
• Support staff with daily needs, communication, and setup
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and age-appropriate camp environment
• Monitor camper behavior and address concerns appropriately
• Act as the primary on-site contact for parents and guardians
• Assist with equipment setup, hydration access, and camp materials

Qualifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working with children ages 8–13
• Prior experience in youth sports, camps, education, or event coordination preferred
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to remain active and on feet throughout the camp day

Schedule & Commitment
• Seasonal summer position (multiple camp weeks possible)
• Typical camp hours fall between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Availability for full camp days required
