T3 Performance was founded in 2009 and has since grown into one of the leading youth sports companies in the Midwest. T3 offers a variety of youth sports services ranging from performance and sports skills training to club teams and tournaments. T3 took on an investment in 2024 to help with its rapid expansion plans beyond its three locations in northeastern Ohio to other midwestern cities.

T3 is looking for a Human Resources Manager to report directly to the CEO. This individual will lead and direct all functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
- Manages the staffing process, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensures job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develops training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Creates a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Investigates employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensures the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Develops performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
- Maintains Employee Handbook and ensures all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
- Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred
- PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired
