T3 Warhawks is an elite youth baseball program in Northeast Ohio with teams ranging from 8U through collegiate levels. Our athletes benefit from year-round training, experienced coaching, and access to state-of-the-art facilities — all centered around our three core pillars: professionalism, player development, and college exposure.

We are currently seeking Assistant Coaches for our 15U and 16U teams. We welcome candidates with a variety of playing and coaching backgrounds who are passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the field.
