Grants & Fundraising Intern
Position Summary
The Grants & Fundraising Intern will support fundraising initiatives by assisting with grant research,
proposal development, donor communications, and fundraising campaigns. This role is ideal for
individuals interested in nonprofit development, philanthropy, and financial sustainability. The intern
will gain hands-on experience in securing funding that supports organizational growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
● Research foundations, corporations, and grant opportunities
● Assist with writing and preparing grant proposals and applications
● Support donor outreach and stewardship efforts
● Help maintain donor and grant tracking databases
● Assist with fundraising campaigns and events
● Track deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements
● Help prepare grant reports and impact summaries
● Support budget documentation related to grants and fundraising
● Collaborate with leadership and program teams
● Maintain organized fundraising and grant files
