Start Now. Play Forever. Ace Pickleball Club, LLC (APC) is a fast-growing indoor pickleball franchise that seeks to create space for people to enjoy playing pickleball. Each Club features between 8-16 courts in a climate-controlled environment. Using on-court technology for instant replay and live streaming provides the ultimate pickleball playing experience. Our mission is to expand the sport of pickleball by inspiring new players and providing enthusiasts of all skill levels access to a welcoming community, optimal playing conditions, and opportunities for growth. Members of all ages and skill levels can visit Ace Pickleball Club to participate in a variety of activities, including daily open play, clinics, tournaments, social and glow-in-the-dark events. The Ace Pickleball Club experience comes down to three simple words: Learn. Play. Compete.
The Club Experience Manager will report to the General Manager. This person must be driven, approachable, and detail oriented. They lead by example, foster a culture of teamwork, and can motivate the Team. They inherently place value on knowing active hospitality and create personable relationships with all Members. They work to develop the community and foster an optimal playing experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Take great care of our Members through active hospitality and leading by example for your Team.
· A leader in being genuinely friendly and passionate about Guest service. Club Experience Managers not only satisfy Member and Team requests, but also anticipate their needs.
· Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Club including but not limited to promoting safety and cleanliness protocols, proactively resolving Member concerns with professionalism and care, serving as Manager-on-Duty, and collaborating with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
· Maintain our Club to provide the optimal playing experience for all Members.
· Plan and execute regular tournaments, mixers and other events. Manage all aspects of special events while maintaining the utmost Guest service.
· Provide continuous on the job training and career development to Team.
· Follow up on membership inquiries, provide tours and educate Guests about the Ace Pickleball Club experience.
· Serve as a passionate brand advocate at the Club and the local community while ensuring the intent of the brand is pulled through in the Guest experience.
· Manage and oversee the inventory, maintenance and other areas of the Club, troubleshoot technology issues and supports Guests/Team using the in-Club tech.
· Ensure all Team members are treated fairly, and with respect, build rapport with Team Members by fostering an environment of open communication and spending time with Team Members on the Club floor.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous hospitality and Guest service required.
· Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
· Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to build strong relationships with Team and Club members
· Detail oriented and highly organized
· Enthusiastic about pickleball and/or fitness
· Enthusiastic about Guest service and providing the best active hospitality
PREFERRED TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE
· Previous fitness or sport club experience preferred
· Technologically savvy is a plus
· Certified in CPR
