About this role:
All facets of Accounts Receivable - including payment processing functions, posting customer payments, invoicing, reporting, reconciling & addressing internal departments/ external customers inquiries.

What you'll do:
  • Process and analyze Green Section payments.  Compare transactions in Shopify and Stripe to NetSuite to confirm that all totals match - research and adjust discrepancies.  Review failed order integrations each morning and work with Green Section and BTS to rectify.  Process refunds as necessary.  Track and review open sales orders and customer deposits. 
  • Process weekly Square transactions for the Pinehurst location.  Download reports to reconcile all cash deposits and credit card settlements to transactions processed in Square - research and fix any discrepancies.
  • Import the CyberSource general ledger file each morning.  Reconcile championship entry applications and Rules of Golf workshop charges - research discrepancies and work with Championship Administration and Rules to fix any issues.  Import Allied invoices (USGA Pub store) and reconcile to CyberSource charges and research and correct discrepancies. 
  • Import daily Stripe files for AGA Virtual Clubs.  Reconcile general ledger files to reports and edit the file to account for any discrepancies.  Reconcile weekly settlements to know what was booked to the General Ledger.  Process refunds and track all chargebacks and bounced e-checks.  Review monthly tax reports to confirm they match the general ledger and distribute to team members for remittance.  Compile quarterly AGA payout reports and confirm totals reconcile. 
  • Process various other invoices and credit card charges as necessary.   
  • Reconcile AR portion of the bank statements. 
  • Compile and distribute monthly aged receivable reports and follow up on delinquent payments. 
  • Perform projects/tasks/analyses as requested.  Back up for team members when needed. 

Where you'll be:  
  • This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. This range represents what we reasonably expect to pay as starting base compensation for this role. Compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and relevant certifications.
