Player Services Attendant
The Golf Course at Sand Hollow Resort is a premier destination to Escape. Play. Discover. Relax. One of Southern Utah’s top-ranked golf destinations, our golf course is ranked in the top 50 out of the 100 top resort golf courses. The resort encompasses over 180 units ranging from one (1) to six (6) bedrooms for guests to relax in during their stay. Dine in our picturesque restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous Southern Utah mountain ranges. End your evening with a concert underneath the stars in our gorgeous Rock Bowl.

The Player Services Attendant is a vital part of the team at The Golf Course at Sand Hollow Resort. They are responsible for providing a top-notch customer experience. We are seeking someone who is customer-centric and can inspire others to adopt the same mindset. They must be a team player and able to work well with others.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information and directions
- Manage golf cart assignments and handle golf bags
- Help players maintain an appropriate pace of play
- Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, water stations, and empty trash receptacles
- Perform course maintenance, including repairing ball marks, filling divots, and removing broken tees
- Ensure driving range supplies are maintained
- Complete additional cart and course cleaning duties as required
- Fill and maintain ice supply in the cooler at the first tee (Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons)
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively enforce rules and standards are required
- A passion for golf and a solid understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend while performing duties
- Capable of sitting, standing, and walking for up to eight (8) hours
- Comfortable spending extended periods outdoors in diverse weather conditions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12/hr - $13/hr
Employees receive golf privileges, discounts in the Pro Shop, in our restaurant - The Grille, and select events such as concerts.
