Vacation Rentals at Sand Hollow Resort is a premier destination to Escape. Play. Discover. Relax. One of Southern Utah’s top-ranked golf destinations, our golf course is ranked in the top 50 out of the 100 top resort golf courses. The resort encompasses over 180 units ranging from one (1) to six (6) bedrooms for guests to relax in during their stay. Dine in our picturesque restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous Southern Utah mountain ranges, ending your evening with a concert underneath the stars in our gorgeous Rock Bowl.

The Guest Services Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. This team member is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience for all resort visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure
  • Check guests in and out of accommodations efficiently using resort property management software
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management both verbally and in written communication
  • Provide guests with information about resort amenities, local attractions, and available services
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle phone calls, reservations, and special requests with accuracy and courtesy
  • Coordinate with other resort departments to fulfill guest needs
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Resort Desk area
  • Assist with luggage, transportation arrangements, and concierge-style services as needed
  • Uphold resort policies and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism coursework is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Successfully multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to quickly adapt to onsite situations and changing work environments
  • Proficient with computers and basic office software; experience with PMS systems a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for guest service
JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: $15-$16/hr
