 Summary:   
The Senior Motion Designer has a passion for motion design and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually stunning and engaging motion graphics. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion, demonstrating an ability to bring brands to life through compelling visuals.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilties: 
  •  Lead the motion identity and vision for fans, players, and tournaments.
  • Maintain a unified art direction, vision, and high production standard across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate in the development of sketches, storyboards, and motion project pitches.
  • Work closely with digital, social, and marketing teams to develop and produce creative assets, including social media graphics and other supporting campaign assets.
  • Keep up to date with the latest motion technologies.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a motion design at a sports organization or marketing agency required.
  • Strong experience in Adobe design software such as After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to develop effective creative materials for motion.

  • Strong project management & organizational skills with ability to handle multiple demands and priorities.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and provide constructive critique of creative work that elevates the quality of the creative output across the organization.

  • Tennis knowledge desirable.

Position Type/Work Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours a week. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday with some off hours and weekends dependent on tournament schedules and projects demand.

Working Conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.

The employee is required to sit for long periods; use close/distant vision; hear using the telephone; bend at the waist and knee; communicate verbally and electronically with worldwide constituency; use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
