This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a highly capable operator who can manage complexity, exercise judgement, anticipate needs before they arise, and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the Chair, helping to maximize her effectiveness while ensuring that priorities, commitments and relationships are managed seamlessly.
The role requires someone who is resilient, emotionally intelligent, exceptionally organized and unflappable under pressure. The Chair moves at pace, operates globally and manages a wide range of senior stakeholders. The Executive Assistant must be able to keep up, stay ahead, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
An important aspect of the role will be working in close partnership with the Chief of Staff. Together, you will form a small, high-performing executive office, ensuring the Chair's time, attention and energy are focused on the highest-value priorities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Executive Support
● Own and manage an exceptionally complex and constantly evolving global diary.

● Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, briefing materials and contingency planning.
● Manage competing priorities and requests on behalf of the Chair, ensuring her time is allocated effectively.
● Prepare agendas, briefing packs and background materials for meetings, events and speaking engagements.
● Draft correspondence and manage communications as required.
● Ensure the Chair is consistently well prepared, informed and positioned for success.

● Act as a trusted extension of the Chair and Executive Office.

● Look several steps ahead and proactively manage risks and dependencies.

● Serve as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.

● Track commitments, actions and deliverables arising from meetings and engagements.
● Ensure follow-up actions are completed and deadlines are met.
● Establish and maintain systems, processes and ways of working that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
● Provide operational support for Board meetings, leadership meetings and major organizational events as required.

Education and Experience:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported senior executives in a complex, high-performance environment.

● Significant experience supporting a CEO, President, Chairperson or other senior executive.
