Reporting to the SVP, Media Rights, the Media Rights Manager will support both media rights sales and broadcast servicing activities. The role will lead broadcast services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all media partner requirements and reports. It will work closely and collaboratively with senior team members, including those from the production and marketing teams. The Media Rights Manager will also help manage relationships with broadcasters and agencies to ensure best-in-class service and optimal deal outcomes.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the sports media industry, a passion for sport, a client-centric mindset, and a balance of commercial expertise and client service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·         Commercial: Support global media rights sales and actively participate in direct sales across selected markets.
·         Broadcast Reporting: Coordinate programming data and audience reports provided by broadcasters.
·         Marketing: Coordinate, monitor, and support all branding and marketing deliverables for media partners.
·         Promotion and programming:Coordinate media partners’ promotional plans and programming reports to ensure alignment with broadcast commitments. 

Education and Experience
·         8-10 years of experience in the sports media industry.
·         Demonstrated experience in international media rights sales.
·         Proven ability to deliver efficient, proactive, and high-quality client service.
·         Experience working with broadcasters, agencies, and production teams.
·         Strong track record in coordinating and delivering broadcast services.

Limited domestic/international travel

Supervisory Responsibilities: 
None

Position Type/Work Schedule:
Full Time, 40 hours a week. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday. Must be available for occasional evenings/weekends.

Working Conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.

The employee is required to sit for long periods; use close/distant vision; hear using the telephone; bend at the waist and knee; communicate verbally and electronically with worldwide constituency; use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
