The Role
The Digital Strategy & Partnerships Intern will support a variety of initiatives across digital marketing, content development, and strategic planning. This role provides exposure to multiple facets of our digital strategy, including website optimization, content management, sponsorships, and gaming platform development.

  • Assisting the Team with Mobile App Redesign: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ways the mobile application can be utilized to help the onsite fan, including user experience, wayfinding, push alerts, and personalization.
  • Landing Page Content & Creation: Collaborate with the digital team to write compelling content for landing pages and support the process of building and optimizing these pages for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Sponsor Asset Collection & Approval: Work with the digital, partnership marketing team & sponsors to gather, organize, and facilitate the approval of sponsor assets for use across various digital channels.
  • Content Spreadsheet Updates for 2026: Help maintain and update the content spreadsheet for 2026, ensuring all digital content plans are up to date and in alignment with marketing goals.
  • Review Best-in-Class Websites & Apps: Conduct research on industry-leading websites and mobile apps, evaluating best practices in user experience, design, and functionality to provide insights for our own digital projects.
  • Gaming Platform Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of our gaming platform strategy by assisting with research, content creation, and market analysis.

Program details:
  • 8-week program from June 9 through August 11
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
  • Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site at our Westchester office.
  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles, landing page optimization, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  •  Familiarity with social media platforms, push notifications, and digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on real-time content creation and audience engagement leading up to live events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the capacity to make quick decisions and adapt under the time pressures of live event production.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for digital innovation, gaming, and content strategy.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
