The Role
This part-time role supports the growth and retention of USTA Coaching community members by helping deliver high-quality operational, administrative, and educational services support.
The expected range for the hourly rate for this position is $18- $22, depending on experience. This role is on-site at the National Campus; the schedule is 9am-5pm on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
Responsibilities
Membership Recruitment & Retention Team Support
- Monitor and respond to the USTA Coaching inbox and respond to customer care inquiries
- Help research recruiting opportunities across USTA National and Sections
- Identify opportunities to promote the benefits of USTA Coaching for the Rally, Pro, and ProPlus packages at workshops (upsell/showcase value)
- Collaborate with coach developers to identify coaches to highlight in newsletters/social media and give Surprise and delight gifting
- Provide insight into what coaches are looking to learn more about for future continuing education. This information will be gathered from CD's as part of the feedback from in-person events
- Oversee discount code distribution and tracking
Operations
- Support the Business Operations Manager, USTA Coaching, with ad hoc projects and tasks
- Own end-to-end contract intake and tracking for USTA Coaching, including submission of contract creation, review, amendment, and renewal requests through Intelagree and active follow-up through legal processing, issuance, and execution.

Who You Are
- Proficient understanding of tennis (rules, regulations, terminology, player/coach experience)
- Excellent customer service.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to draft correspondence.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and stakeholders across the organization
- Professional demeanor.
