Administration/General Management: Administrative/Executive Assistant
  • Provide administrative and project support for the Executive and President’s Office, which includes the USTA CEO and Executive Director, USTA Chairman and President; and the USTA Board of Directors.  
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the Manager, Executive Office including but not limited to handling all incoming calls/requests/mail, follow up on travel and credential details, supporting US Open details as needed, supporting planning for board meetings and other executive meetings, and other projects as needed. 
  • Manage the pre-registration and on-site registration process for all meetings and events. Manage all event supplies, event materials, and other items for all meetings and events.  
  • Provide support as needed to other projects including, but not limited to, Charitable events and donations, managing correspondence, attendance reporting, expense reports, invoices/OLR entries, inventory of gifts, and other projects as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications/Other:
  •   2-4 years’ experience working in business or the association field. 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Access. Familiarity with online registration and survey evaluation systems a plus.  
  • Demonstrated ability in handling multiple tasks and coordinating logistics.  
  • Strong proficiency in time management; able to manage project calendars and tasks in a timely fashion, demonstrated self-starter and able to work independently as well as in teams.  
  • Knowledge and appreciation of the game of tennis.
