Ticket Sales and Services: Hospitality Management

Supports all functions of the US Open Hospitality sales, service, and operations team to ensure sales process efficiency and effectiveness and to deliver a world-class client experience at the US Open.  This includes support of US Open Hospitality ticket sales packages and related services for various client products, including the Overlook, the 1968 Room, Center Court Club, luxury suite rentals, and other client experiences.  In addition, this role manages the US Open Hospitality office and its operations throughout the US Open period. Proof of Covid vaccination required.

  • Provide support to the hospitality team in client relations, renewal and retention. 
  • Manage Hospitality ticket package and suite rental contracts: generation, distribution, signature tracking, and organization
  • Liaises and integrates with the US Open ticket office, and supports the hospitality sales process in the ticketing system (Archtics), generating invoices, receipts, and reports
  • Work with the hospitality manager and marketing team to assist with hospitality marketing campaigns and customer segments
  • Work with ecommerce sales enablement vendors to enable and evolve self-service sales on US Open Digital Platforms
  • Assist and support the CRM analyst in ensuring optimal sales and delivery process within the US Open CRM landscape
  • Manage and fulfill internal hospitality requests, including for sponsors, broadcast partners, CRO, and CEO
  • Oversee ticket fulfillment and assistance for all clients
  • Answer inbound client requests and issues; assist hospitality team with the fulfillment of special client requests
  • During the US Open period, manage the hospitality office and its seasonal staff (runners), oversee inventory delivery tracking and receipt
  • Coordinate all outbound shipments for the Hospitality team
  • Develop positive hospitality client relationships
  • Assist in on-site US Open Hospitality space buildout management and space execution, including liaising with third-party service providers operating within the space

  • Bachelor’s degree and or relevant experience
  • Experience in operating at sports team(s) or other live events required
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferred (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Ticketing systems preferred (e.g., Archtics)
  • Proficiency with G-suite, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe suite preferred
  • Individual must possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a professional client-facing demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have capability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment (US Open)
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who can problem solve and handle sensitive client
