As a vital member of our Partnership Marketing account teams, you will play a pivotal role in executing sponsor-related activities leading up to and during the 2024 US Open. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Facilitating office set up and breakdown procedures.
  • Monitoring the tracking of credentials and essential materials.
  • Managing operational logistics for promotional booths.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of items to sponsor areas.
  • Facilitating premium giveaways and orchestrating in-stadium promotions.
  • Coordinating special sponsor activities, such as sponsor clinics.
  • Undertaking administrative duties with efficiency and precision.

This role demands a commitment of approximately 60 hours per week, including the physical demands of moving boxes weighing up to 40lbs and extensive on-site walking. Successful candidates must be available to work from August 12 through September 10 and be capable of operating at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York.
 
Who You Are

  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with a proactive mindset.
  • Exhibited interest and/or experience in sponsorship or event marketing.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic and exemplify exceptional communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, interfacing with corporate executives.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is highly desirable.
 
What We Offer
  • $20.00 per hour non-expempt.
