The Philadelphia Freedoms of World TeamTennis are seeking a Ticket Manager with box office and/or ticket system/management experience. This would be a full-time seasonal contractor position running from May through August 2018. Pay to be determined based on existing experience/proficiency coming in. This has the potential to become an annual seasonal position (with a longer term) if both parties wish to continue after year one.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor Freedoms individual, group and season ticket sales and promotions including production and distribution of daily sales report;

2. Point person for communication with Ticketmaster regarding promo codes, settlements, ticketing equipment, box office setup, troubleshooting, etc.;

3. Coordinate with internal marketing as needed on follow-up email marketing and post-event emails to individual ticket buyers;

4. Liaise with Wells Fargo Center sales team on group and season ticket order fulfillment;

5. Ongoing and timely backend ticketing order fulfillment of season ticket, group, sponsor and trade ticket packages;

6. Fulfillment/printing/mailing of season ticket, sponsor, and trade ticket packages;

7. Management of Freedoms Box Office and Event Day Ticketing for each of up to seven (7) regular season and/or playoff home events;

8. Taking lead in completion of ongoing and season-end ticketing analysis and sales reports, corresponding with Freedoms accountant as needed.

The 2018 season will be the 43rd of World TeamTennis (WTT) and the 19th season for the Freedoms.
