This position ensures successful execution of active programs, supports the development of new initiatives, and serves as a primary liaison to city and county governments, state, local and regional partners, and internal teams.

Currently, WGA manages eight active municipal programs across six states, with twelve additional programs in development. The Manager will play a critical role in scaling these efforts and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.

WGA Municipal programs are subsidized youth-based caddie programs fully supported by the Western Golf Association (WGA) and Evans Scholars Foundation (ESF). These programs serve as a youth caddie hub in communities where opportunities for youth caddies are less prominent.  These programs provide a safe and harboring environment for all students to learn the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of caddies and gives young men and women the opportunity to develop caddie skills necessary and expected by private course golfers.
