Responsible for overall member retention by delivering the highest quality customer service by listening and responding to all members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent education, college degree preferred.
  • Must have at least two years’ experience in client services, concierge, hospitality and/or member relations industry. Experience working with high-level clients.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge and experience with social media outlets.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster a welcoming and engaging experience for all members.
  • Respond promptly to member and client inquiries; collaborate with the Director of Membership and other departments to research and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage and update member communications, including weekly newsletters and special announcements.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the member/public website to ensure consistency with brand and marketing standards, support staff training and implementation.
  • Coordinate and manage the Club’s social media presence in collaboration with relevant departments, including maintaining a monthly content planning calendar.
  • Anticipate member needs and interests; recommend programs, products, and services accordingly.
  • Process all membership-related paperwork, including applications, renewals, and member updates.
  • Assist the Director of Membership in driving membership sales, supporting retention strategies, and contributing to club marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with PGA TOUR HQ Support, Creative Services, internal departments, and external vendors to develop and coordinate membership and prospect communications (e.g., emails, newsletters, and marketing campaigns).
  • Generate and maintain monthly membership and marketing reports, including updates on club membership roster, email performance, social media growth, and website traffic.
  • Design event posters, flyers, cart signage, and other print materials to support the Food & Beverage team and other club departments.
  • Assist the General Manager in receiving, reviewing, and processing charitable donation requests.
  • Deliver exceptional service that supports member satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Travel

  • Travel is not expected for this position unless visiting TPC Network Clubs or conferences.

Work Schedule Expectations

  • This position typically requires working standard business hours Monday through Friday. Additional non-standard hours during THE PLAYERS Championship and for occasional Club events.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does manage projects.
