TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm is a private par-70, 7,107-yard championship golf course located in Potomac MD, just under 20 miles from the White House. QUALIFICATIONS
Areas of Responsibility:
Maintenance Services
o Plumbing: Provide plumbing maintenance services.
o Electrical: Provide electrical maintenance services.
o Wall Repairs: Perform wall repairs.
o Light Modifications: Perform light modifications.
o HVAC Maintenance: Provide HVAC maintenance filters and belts.
o Drain Maintenance: Perform drain maintenance.
o General Repairs and Modifications: Perform all general repairs and modifications.
. Review job orders from General Manager to determine work priorities.
. Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
. Direct maintenance activities on utility systems to provide a continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
. Develop preventive maintenance program for facilities
. Inspect facilities, operating machines, and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
. Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
. Review plans for facility improvements and discuss equipment needs and modifications with the general manager.
. Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
. Direct training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures.
. Confer with the general manager and department heads to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of facilities, machines, and equipment.
. Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
Thorough knowledge of building maintenance and procedures as would normally be acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent education, plus two or three additional college level courses of study or trades training or equivalent years of experience in progressively responsible positionsRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

The pay range: $32- $35 per hour
