The First Tee national headquarters has an opportunity for a Coordinator, Training & Curriculum, reporting to the Director, Training & Curriculum. This position is based in St. Augustine, Florida. Under the direction of the Director, this position will provide logistical, administrative and operational support for organizational training and education programs, working closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure quality content and experiences. This role is accountable for day-to-day customer service, planning, creating and implementing training programs, and managing basic administrative information.
 
 Qualified candidates will have the following: 
  • Four-year degree in Business, Education or related field
  • 1-2+ years of non-profit experience
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office and Google Suite knowledge
  • The First Tee experience preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the administration, communication and logistics for in-person and online educational offerings for the chapter network
  • Assist with creating, developing and updating course content alongside subject matter experts
  • Produce interactive, focused, eLearning modules based on topic and overall module objectives
  • Assist with user acceptance testing for online course content
  • Track and manage course and user information including completion statistics 
  • Conduct relationship analysis of course completion against improved performance
  • Research and identify best practices, materials and resources for various content areas
  • Assist with Salesforce customer support and training
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
