This position will work closely with all internal teams including (but not limited to), Advancement, Network Relationships, Strategy & Business Enablement, and Communications business areas to meet organizational objectives through professional and effective practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum of two years of related experience.

  • Self-starter willing to take on large projects with limited supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate First Tee’s mission driven initiatives. 

  • Requires an individual who can serve as an advocate for all First Tee programs and can interact with and influence a broad set of stakeholders.

  • Youth program delivery, training, and/or teaching experience – preferred to be golf.

  • Experience in database management, preferred.

  • Fundraising and activation experience, preferred.

  • Salesforce and Learning Management System experience, preferred.

  • Experience in the First Tee delivery (First Tee Program, School, Community), preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Lead engagement and support chapters and program partners supporting First Tee School Program, Community Program, and First Tee Program.

  • Proactively identify partners for new program locations for First Tee School Program delivery including active management of prospect and unfulfilled location lists. 

  • Promote continuous learning opportunities for key Chapter program staff and volunteers through First Tee University offerings

  • Manage Salesforce records with excellent data quality including but not limited to monthly & annual reports (both internally & externally) on schools and teachers, training programs and progress, shipments and inventory of supplies and materials, and other key program metrics.

  • Provide support to Chapter Program Leaders on implementation and planning of First Tee Program operations

  • Execute adult training opportunities for chapter staff, coaches, teachers and youth leaders.

  • Assist other team members & special projects on an as needed basis.

  • And all other projects and duties as assigned.
