The First Tee national headquarters has an opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator, reporting to the Senior Director, Network Tracking & Education. This position is based in St. Augustine, Florida and is responsible for maintaining our Salesforce instance and serves as the primary technical subject matter expert who works closely with SFDC representatives, implementation partners, business units, data analysts and end users. This role is accountable for identifying best practices, improving processes, driving adoption, and executing day-to-day configuration, support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.

Qualified candidates will have the following: 
  •  Minimum expectation of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 3-5 years professional experience administering 
  • Administrator certification
  • Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud or Developer certifications preferred 
  • 2 years experience with APEX and JavaScript preferred
  • Strong understanding of the platform including apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, process builder, validation rules, license management, and Lightning
  • Functional knowledge of the Salesforce data structure and ability to drive user adoption
  • Proven ability to analyze and use Salesforce to address complex process and reporting requirements
  • Experience with nonprofit processes preferred
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the environment with 250,000+ users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Audit, support and help coordinate SFDC and implementation partner development in the platform and ensure best practices and processes are being followed
  • Work closely with business data subject matter experts on maintaining data health and integrity 
  • Develop and maintain customer support within Salesforce cases
  • Develop and enhance license structure to maximize system effectiveness and efficiency  
  • Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage and monitor system adoption tracking
  • Research, recommend, install and oversee manage packages and solutions on AppExchange
  • Perform user experience modeling
