Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of sponsorship and hospitality activation. Oversees all tournament media and communications. 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Plan, manage and execute all aspects of sponsorship and hospitality planning and fulfillment
·         Work closely with sales team on all proposals, contracts, and sponsor relationships
·         Manage invoicing and collections of sponsor payments
·         Oversee all sponsor communications, events, gifting, and relationships
·         Works closely with Title Sponsor on hospitality, branding and activation elements
·         Plan and execute sponsor events throughout the year including kickoff days, preview day, sponsor golf outing, and post-tournament thank you event
·         Prepare and deliver annual partner, sponsor, and hospitality post-tournament recaps
·          Manage all partner, sponsor, and hospitality contracts in CRM
·         Assist in the oversight of all tournament public relations and communications
·         Plan and execute annual media day event
·         Assist with tournament media platforms including website and social media channels
·         Work with Tournament Director on scheduling media and promotional appearances

Qualifications:

·         Prior tournament experience including sponsorship, hospitality and marketing
·         Ability to lead and manage multiple relationships and stakeholders
·         Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products, PowerPoint, Canva, Quickbooks, etc.
·         Detail oriented and organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
·         Creative abilities with experience in presentations, marketing, social and digital media
·         Able to work a flexible schedule including long hours, weekends, and some holidays
·         Team player who is a good culture fit
·         Ability to excel in high-pressure environment
·         Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills
·         Highest degree of ethics and professional conduct
·         Confident, pro-active, creative, and collaborative style that assimilates well within a team

Education/Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree required
·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Event Planning, Office Management, and/or Sporting Events
·         Communications experience preferred
