Internship Opportunities

· Application Deadline: December 28, 2018

· Dates of Internship: January-May, 2019 (dates are flexible)

· Compensation: Unpaid, COURSE CREDIT ONLY

o Do not apply unless you will be enrolled in school in the spring semester of 2019

o There will not be any housing/moving subsidies offered

Hours Required: Minimum of 15 hours per week; flexible upon student’s schedule. Must be able to work extended/irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as event approaches and during event week.

Qualifications:

o Undergraduate or graduate student

o Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

o Detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects

o Strong communication and organizational skills

o Able to work in a fast-paced team environment

o Valid driver’s license

Marketing & Events Assistant
Marketing/Special Events Assistant will work alongside the Tournament Coordinator on various projects including the following but not limited to:

o Social media campaign

o Community event activities and initiatives

o Pro-Am event management

o Honorary Observer program

o Behind the Scenes tours

o Volunteer Party

o Fiserv Executive Women’s Day

o Kickoff Party and silent auction

o Kids Day

o Assist tournament staff with events and projects as needed
