Assist with day-to-day ticket sales, patron communication, and ticketing logistics while helping provide an exceptional experience for spectators, sponsors, volunteers, and corporate clients before and during tournament week.
Experience with Ticketmaster and its Archtics ticketing platform is beneficial but not required.
Sponsorship Sales Assistant (1 Position)
Assist the Sales and Marketing team with corporate partnerships, sponsor activation, marketing initiatives, hospitality programs, and promotional events leading up to and during tournament week. Responsibilities include supporting sponsor relations, assisting with partnership fulfillment, coordinating marketing initiatives, helping execute sponsor activations, and assisting with client communications and event planning. This role will also oversee several projects, including an Inside-the-Ropes program during tournament week. This position is ideal for candidates interested in corporate partnerships, client relations, event marketing, and business development.
Pro-Am & Sponsor Assistant (1 Position)
Support the planning and execution of the RBC Heritage's Pro-Am events while working closely with the Sales and Marketing team. Responsibilities include assisting with participant registration, player pairings, gifting, event logistics, Draw Party preparation, committee coordination, and participant communications. The Pro-Am Assistant will also support select sales and marketing initiatives, sponsor activations, and special events throughout the internship. This position is ideal for candidates interested in event operations, client service, golf event management, and corporate hospitality.
Player & Foundation Services Assistant (1 Position)
Support the Foundation's charitable initiatives, community outreach, VIP experiences, scholarship programs, and public relations events. Tournament Services Assistant (1 Position)
Work alongside the Tournament Services Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of many of the tournament's committees and patron-facing services. This position assists with the day-to-day management of volunteer committees, ticketing operations, client services, and tournament logistics while serving as a key support resource for committee chairs and tournament staff.
Responsibilities may include assisting committees such as Hospitality, Player Refreshment, Special Assistance, Gallery Management, Admissions, and other tournament service areas as needed. Rather than serving in a single committee role, this position helps oversee and support committee operations, coordinates volunteer needs, assists with problem-solving, and helps ensure each area has the resources necessary to provide an exceptional experience for players, sponsors, volunteers, and patrons throughout tournament week.
Operations Assistant (2 Positions)
Work alongside the Operations team to plan, build, and execute the physical infrastructure of the tournament. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors and volunteers, managing tournament assets, installing signage, preparing competition venues, tracking inventory, and supporting the day-to-day logistics that bring a PGA TOUR Signature Event to life.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and must be able to lift heavy materials for extended periods of time. The position requires the ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools. Candidates should also be willing to learn how to operate heavy equipment and machinery; all required training and certifications will be provided by the tournament.
