The Treasury Analyst supports the Treasury function for PGA TOUR, Inc. and PGA TOUR Enterprises, LLC by providing analytical, operational, reporting, and administrative support across all Treasury disciplines. This position assists with cash management, banking activities, investments, merchant payment systems, debt compliance, foreign exchange initiatives, retirement plan administration, financial reporting, and treasury-related projects.
The Treasury Analyst serves as a key operational resource within the department, supporting strategic initiatives while helping maintain strong controls, governance, compliance, and financial stewardship across the organization. The role requires collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, Shared Services, DTS, Legal, Human Resources, Retirement Advisors, Investment Managers, Banking Partners, and business units throughout the organization.
Overall, this role provides critical operational support to both headquarters and club locations, helping uphold accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within Treasury’s merchant account and banking workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investment Operations, or related discipline preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Workday, treasury management systems, banking portals, or investment reporting platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

Banking & Cash Management Support

  • Assist with daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting.
  • Support short-term and long-term cash forecasting processes.
  • Monitor daily banking activity and reconcile cash transactions.
  • Prepare cash reports and liquidity analyses for Treasury leadership.
  • Assist with cash transfers, wire activities, and bank account administration.
  • Maintain bank account inventories and authorized signer documentation.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and modifying bank accounts and support online banking administration, user management, and access reviews.
  • Coordinate requests and documentation with banking partners.
  • Monitor compliance with all Treasury, including investment, policies and guidelines.

Merchant Processor / Accounts Support

  • Maintain centralized inventories of merchant accounts, processors, users, and payment flows.
  • Assist with merchant account onboarding, modifications, and closures.
  • Support chargeback, refund, dispute, and reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor merchant processing fees and assist with pricing reviews.
  • Help document procedures and account controls around payment processing activities. Support access reviews and separation-of-duties monitoring.

Centralized Treasury Support

  • Prepare reconciliations and supporting workpapers for Treasury-managed accounts.
  • Support Treasury compliance and internal control activities.
  • Maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
