QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Sports Management, or related field
2-3 years of experience in operations and/or sales within sports; experience with golf event operations preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel to tournament locations for extended period; schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and project management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Provide operations support to multiple events throughout the year
Develop and manage RFP process for both local and national vendors
Develop and manage tournament fencing plan
Develop and manage tournament restroom and restroom trailer plan
Develop and manage the office trailer and storage container plan including ordering, delivery and setup
Work with each event to identify needs and processes for tournament radios. Coordinate the inventory process and delivery and pickup with vendors.
Work with each event to identify needs and processes for tournament cart fleet. Coordinate the inventory process and delivery and pickup with vendors.
Responsible for adherence to budget associated with the above responsibilities
Special projects or other duties as assigned
