PGA TOUR Americas identifies and prepares the game’s future stars as players compete to earn membership on the Korn Ferry Tour and eventually the PGA TOUR. The 2026 schedule consists of 15 events in nine countries, and the season culminates in October with the PGA Oceans 4 Tour Championship presented by Scotiabank, where the top 10 players on the season-long points list earn Korn Ferry Tour membership the following season.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for supporting and managing PGA TOUR Americas on-site operations for events in North America, driven by the execution of TOUR and Tournament operations objectives, including on-site functions such as management of TOUR infrastructure and signage, adherence to TOUR brand standards, implementation of scoring technology, and coordination with Tournament volunteers during pre-event setup and event operations. The Tournament Operations Coordinator is part of the PGA TOUR Americas Tournament Business and Sponsor Relations team and plays a critical role in supporting both the TOUR and its tournaments. This role provides hands-on exposure to Professional Golf, tournament planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and collaboration with Tournament Directors.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
• Proactively support the Tournament Operations lead in the planning and execution of TOUR and Tournament operations at assigned events
• Coordinate transportation of TOUR equipment between events, including vehicle safety, maintenance, and travel logs
• Prepare operations trucks prior to the season, including inventory, cleaning, and loading
• Maintain TOUR equipment and signage, ensuring proper storage and transportation
• Maintain accurate inventory of operational assets on a regular basis
• Manage execution of TOUR and Tournament operational items
• Oversee set-up and tear-down of TOUR and Tournament infrastructure in alignment with brand standards
• Work with Tournament Administration Manager (TAM) to supervise and train various tournament volunteers during Advance Week and Tournament Week (Starters, Registration Volunteers, Walking Scorers, etc)
• Lead execution of scoring technology, including system testing, and delivering training to volunteer scoring personnel.
• Support player relations initiatives, including sponsor activations and player engagement programs
• Support the execution of the Honorary Observer program on-site
• Oversee Player Wellness areas and ensure equipment readiness
• Support competitions team as needed, including collaboration with Rules Officials
• Other projects and other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
• College or University degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of golf etiquette
• Eligible to work in Canada and travel between Canada and the United States
• Valid driver’s license (training provided if additional certification required)
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 80 lbs.
