This position will provide daily operational support and monitoring of ShotLink associated computer systems, manages access to PGA TOUR data distribution clients, and other operational tasks.  Provides troubleshooting and/or problem resolution with a focus on communicating with ShotLink team, other PGA TOUR departments, partners and clients.  Responsible for operating local, remote and cloud-based applications. (Azure, AWS, COSMOS DB, MS SQL, API, etc.) Work closely with Product Owners/Developers to ensure quick and accurate resolutions for all clients in a rapidly changing environment.  This position has opportunity for career growth for the right candidate.   This position requires evening and weekend shifts



QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS or equivalent job experience
  • Knowledge of Office 365, basic computer networking, basic user administration and device management experience required
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification required
  • 2+ years previous technical support role required
  • Ability to articulate complex issues via phone, real-time messaging and email is necessary
  • Must be adaptable, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks appropriately
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate is imperative
  • Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems experience preferred 
  • Ability to troubleshoot JSON, XML & APIs 
  • Knowledge of the game of golf and related scoring & statistics is helpful, but not mandatory
 
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Setup/Monitor/Process Tournament scoring related processes 
    • Perform daily, weekly and annual tasks with an emphasis on Tournament setup and configuration 
    • Operation and problem determination of PGA TOUR’s Scoring System 
    • Process Tournament Events 
  • Support the PGA TOUR Syndicated Feed System Infrastructure & Clients 
    • Monitor and report technical issues for the PGA TOUR Syndicated Feed System 
    • Provide white glove support to clients of the PGA TOUR’s Syndicated Feed System, from onboarding through troubleshooting reported issues 
    • Manage client access to PGA TOUR’s Syndicated Feed System 
  • Provide Support for general operational Issues 
    • Operation and problem determination of system connectivity and data transfer issues 
    • Daily operation: Media management and backups, management of Tournament records, processing Tournaments, monthly system audits and installing updates/patches 
    • Documentation of processes, procedures and operational tasks 
    • Software Implementations 
    • Perform QA functions on a broad number of TOUR systems 
    • Special projects or other duties as assigned. 
  • Provide clear documentation 
    • Maintain/create process documentation
    • Document issues and resolutions in an IT Ticketing System
