The PGA TOUR, along with the TPC Network and its subsidiaries, is thrilled to tee up a new opportunity for a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team and drive operational excellence down the fairway. Your Overall Goals Includes:
• Overseeing the full AP cycle
• Driving system and process improvements.
• Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the accounts payable team of 10+, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end AP process including invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting and filings
  • Oversee year-end 1099 and 1042 reporting and filing
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including procurement, accounting, and business units to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage month-end close activities related to AP, including KPI metrics and reporting.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track team performance and service levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or equivalent related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of AP processes, accounting principles, IRS tax obligations, and internal controls.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and AP automation tools.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a shared services or high-growth environment.
  • Other relevant certification is a plus.
