Coordinator assists with all research, presentations, communication, and administrative functions for the digital team and manages several projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree or equal experience in related field

  • A minimum of three years of project work in marketing operations focusing on creative and analytical aspects, with increased responsibility.

  • Basic MS Application skills with advanced PowerPoint and Excel Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Work with supervisors in Digital on developing and implementing new business strategies and ideas at the PGA TOUR

  • Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, including project implementation, timelines and approvals, and project marketing plans, and client reactions

  • Compile information and data for reports, charts and presentations as requested or scheduled; create Microsoft PowerPoint presentations

  • Track budget goals and pipelines

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Partnership Program by fostering positive relationships with our partners

  • Collaborate with representatives of partnership accounts to assist them in achieving their objectives by fully utilizing their relationship with the TOUR

  • Manage TOUR fan email schedule

  • Manage email marketing creation, execution, and follow-up consisting of evaluation, reporting on campaign results, and consulting with clients on findings

  • Assist Director-Partnership Management in developing and strengthening relationships by interacting with clients and other TOUR departments

  • Perform administrative work as needed, including scheduling, phones, travel planes, filing and copying

  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
