The Coordinator, Business Operations supports the operational execution and coordination of content production projects across PGA TOUR Studios. This role ensures projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in alignment with contractual, financial, and brand standards. The Specialist works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, contributing to documentation, reporting, and process improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in content production, entertainment, or sports.
• Strong project management skills with experience in tracking deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools and SAP Concur is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Experience working with legal agreements, client services, and media operations preferred.
• Strong interest in golf preferred.
• Available for on-call rotation outside of the production schedule and understand that flexibility in shift work might be required, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and nights.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate production agreements for external client projects, collaborating with producers and Legal.
• Coordinate miscellaneous content agreements (e.g., talent, software, platforms) to ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between Content teams and internal departments to streamline workflows.
• Support onboarding and training for new Content team members across key systems and workflows.
• Track project deliverables, budgets, job codes, and timelines; communicate updates proactively.
• Create post-project reports summarizing labor, expenses, and delivery metrics.
• Support commercial and content shoot operations, including vendor agreements and payment processing.
• Coordinate fulfillment of contractual obligations tied to PGA TOUR partner deals.
• Manage media trafficking and post-log services for network programs (NBC, CBS, Golf Channel).
• Ensure music cue sheet reporting and licensing compliance.
• Assist internal teams with SAP Concur expense reconciliation.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
